To be eligible for the draw, the customer must be a non-resident, spend a minimum of AED 1,000 using a Visa card issued outside of UAE.
The tourist / customer must pay with his Visa card issued outside of UAE under his/ her name.
Receipts from all stores using a Visa card issued outside of UAE are eligible to choose the gift excluding Carrefour purchases.
The winner is required to present the shopping receipt/e-receipt and proper identification (passport copy and/or national identity card) at the mall customer services desks to participate and collect the prize from the raffle box.
Tourist customers will pick a card from the box available and collect their prize at the customer service Desk located in Gate A, ground floor next to ADCB. In case tourist picked a card with prize then prize must be collected instantly.
Tourist / customers will have only one chance to participate.
This campaign is not open to staff and advertising agencies of Mall of the Emirates and Visa.
Owners and employees of the Centre’s outlets, Majid Al Futtaim Group of Companies, their suppliers, their tenants, their employees, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
In case of suspected fraudulent transactions, Mall of the Emirates (MOE) and Visa reserve the right to deny the prize to a winner.
Participation in the draw constitutes permission for Majid Al Futtaim malls, relevant sponsors to use the participant’s personal information for publication and marketing purposes, without any liability whatsoever attributable to the sponsors.
The decision of VISA on all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding. No queries or claims will be entertained.
